Terms of Service

The Samipe website at samipe.com is operated by Nali Consultants LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in Singapore ("Samipe", "we", "us").

You can reach us at legal@samipe.com for anything about these Terms, and at privacy@samipe.com for anything about your personal data.

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

These Terms cover this website only — the public marketing pages at samipe.com and the waitlist form on them. They are not a licence to use the Samipe product.

The Samipe product — the WordPress plugin and the React Native linter and SDK — is supplied under a separate written agreement with the customer. That agreement governs the product: what it does, service levels, fees, data processing, and everything else. Nothing on this website forms part of it, and nothing on this website changes it. If the two ever conflict on a point about the product, that separate agreement wins.

This site is aimed at businesses — web and design agencies, site owners, e-commerce teams and developers — acting in the course of their work. It is not directed at consumers.

You may view the site, read it, and send us a waitlist request. That is what it is for. There is no account to create and nothing to log in to.

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time, and we do not promise it will always be available or uninterrupted.

The content here is general information about what Samipe does. It is not advice — technical, legal, compliance or otherwise — and you should not treat it as such. In particular, nothing on this site is legal advice about accessibility law, the European Accessibility Act, or your obligations under it.

When you use this site, you agree not to:

• Use it for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of any applicable law.
• Submit false, misleading or impersonated details in the waitlist form, or send us someone else's personal data without a lawful basis for doing so.
• Submit a staging URL for a site you do not own or are not authorised to submit.
• Send unsolicited advertising, spam or bulk submissions through the form.
• Attempt to bypass, disable or interfere with the site's security measures, including the anti-spam protection on the waitlist form.
• Introduce malware, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its infrastructure, or any connected system.
• Scrape, harvest or systematically extract content from the site by automated means, or place unreasonable load on it.
• Copy, reproduce or reuse the site's content beyond what these Terms allow.

We may block access to the site where we reasonably believe it is being used in breach of this section.

The waitlist form asks for two things: your work email and the live staging URL of the site you'd like us to help you fix. Both are required. Submitting the form is a request to be contacted about early access to the private release pool. It is not a contract, an order, or a reservation, and it does not oblige either of us to do anything.

Please give us accurate details, use a work email address you are entitled to use, and only submit a staging URL you own or are authorised to submit. If you send us a waitlist request, we will use your details to get back to you about early access. We explain exactly what happens to that data, where it goes, and how long we keep it, in our Privacy Policy.

When it is enabled, the waitlist form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA v3, which helps us tell real enquiries apart from automated ones. Where we are unable to verify a submission, or where a submission looks automated, we may decline to process it.

Any timeframe we mention for getting back to you is an intention, not a commitment. We may decline any waitlist request, and we do not have to give a reason.

The site and everything in it — text, layout, design, graphics, logos, and the Samipe name and marks — belong to Nali Consultants LLP or to our licensors, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.

You may view the site and print or download individual pages for your own internal business use. You may not copy, republish, adapt, distribute or commercially exploit any part of it without our prior written permission.

Any names or marks on the site that belong to other companies — including WordPress and React Native — remain theirs.

The site links to pages we do not operate — for example Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, which apply to the reCAPTCHA protection on the waitlist form when it is enabled.

We link to those sites for convenience. We do not control them, we do not endorse them, and we are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data. When you leave our site, the other site's own terms and privacy policy apply.

The site is provided as it is, and as available. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied — including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

In particular, we do not warrant that the site will be available without interruption, that it will be free of errors or malicious code, or that the information on it is complete, current or fit for any particular purpose.

Figures, examples and illustrations on the site are indicative. They describe what Samipe aims to do; they are not a promise of any specific result, and they are not a guarantee that your site or app will pass any particular audit, standard or legal requirement.

Nothing in this section excludes any warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded — including, if you are in fact a consumer, under the law of the country where you live.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, loss of revenue, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising out of your use of this website.

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for wilful misconduct, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

This section is about this website. Liability under any agreement for the Samipe product is dealt with in that agreement, not here.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of them or out of your use of this website, are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

The courts of Singapore have jurisdiction over any such dispute or claim.

This site is aimed at businesses, not consumers. If you are in fact a consumer, choosing Singapore law and a Singapore forum cannot take away the mandatory protections you have under the law of the country where you live, and the courts there may still be open to you. This section does not try to remove either.

We may update these Terms from time to time — for example if the site changes or the law does. The version published here is the one that applies, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.

Continuing to use the site after we publish an update means you accept the updated Terms.
