Pricing questions
What do the sizes mean?
Size scales both a module’s price and its usage quota. Small is exactly 50% of Standard (rounded to the nearest $10); Large is bespoke and quoted with you.
Does samipe Core cost anything?
No — Core comes with any module you buy: school setup, people, sign-in, the calendar, roles, import & export and the AI helper. You only pay for the modules you switch on.
How does combining modules save money?
Own any two modules and you get 40% off the cheaper one (rounded to the nearest $10). The price on each Better-together card is the combined total at your selected size.
What are quotas and overage?
Some modules include a yearly usage quota — testimonials, assets, books, consent forms and so on. Go over it and you pay a small per-item overage; nothing stops working.
How is the AI helper priced?
Per token. 1 token = 1 administrative task, or 2 information lookups. An admin task is an action it carries out (book a room, log a merit); a lookup is a question it answers (“have all of 3B’s consent forms been signed?”). $100 = 5,000 tokens, or $20 = 1,000 tokens; set monthly limits and it pauses at zero. New schools also get a one-time $500 token credit on their first annual contract.
How do we pay?
We invoice you directly, per year. There’s no online checkout at this stage.
